Indeed, the staff's dedication shines through their service – even when the café faces challenges like being short-staffed, as pointed out by Deven Honey-Davis. They manage to keep their spirits high and deliver delicious meals with exceptional care.

The occasional hiccup, like the alarming incident recounted by Connor Bates, shows that while the café has its off days, it remains an establishment where customer service shines through. The kitchen creates quality meals and maintains overall consistency, making it a beloved spot among regulars.

In summary, Welsh Cafe is not just another café; it’s a hub of comfort and community, where delicious food meets genuine hospitality. Don’t usually leave reviews. Slight late review due to traveling…Came in saturday and had a toastie with chips and i was completely taken back by the great atmosphere the staff created, i was slightly nervous as this was my first time attending a cafe alone but they made my experience a great one. They ensured i had everything i needed while maintaining great service with a smile, food was delicious, will be recommending

Im always here having a breakfast on a Saturday and food is amazing, once went in on a Saturday to the chef in the kitchen shouting and threatened to kick the 2 women (that worked there)out of the shop, wasn’t very pleasant to be sat there while the chef is shouting their business around while customers there, not the way to be speaking to your staff!! Exceptionally when you’ve got customers!! And the two women always bring a brilliant service with a smile

Me and my Fiancée frequently come to this establishment and are quite shocked of the lack of staff here… We’ve spoken to a few other customers and they agree, these hardworking staff have too many responsibilities but still maintain a high level of service. Lovely little cafe for a breakfast though! X

Classic British Cafe fayre but the prices were great and they had a good selection of meals on the menu. We went for the all-day breakfast and were not disappointed. I had an omelette with mushrooms, chips and salad and it was very reasonably priced. Cooked well and quickly. Someone in my group tried the pancakes and was very pleased with those.
